All standard UK deliveries are free of charge, please allow 3-5 days working days for delivery.
For UK next working day (Mon-Fri) delivery there will be a £5.00 charge, order and payment must be received before 2pm,(11.45am Saturday).
Items will be sent by Royal Mail First Class 'Recorded Signed For'.
A signature will be required to confirm receipt.
European Union deliveries.
Standard delivery (allow 3-6 working days) £6.00 per item
Rest of the World.
Standard delivery (allow 5-10 working days ) £10.00 per item.
All non UK deliveries are sent by Parcelforce Worldwide Airmail 'International Signed For'. A signature will be required to confirm receipt.
Any taxes or duty fees incurred by shipping overseas are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
If you are not totally satisfied with your order please call or email us for a returns number and then return it to us within 10 days for a full refund.
Items must be completely unworn and packed in their original branded box with all branded promotional materials and original packaging intact (including tissue paper, bags labels etc).
Please make sure you get a receipt for the item returned. If the item goes missing and you do not have a receipt, we would not be able to process a refund. Items can also be returned in person to the shop.
